I talk on my cell while I'm driving and know I shouldn't. Last week I sort of lost control in a turn and darn near tumbled off the side of a hill. Scared the Bejeezers outta me!

No. Studies have shown that driving while talking on a cell phone is just as bad as driving without a full nights sleep, or driving with alchol in you're blood. People that cause accidents as a result of talking on cell phone should be punished just as harshly as those that drink and drive. Their both putting other's in danger, and if you notice someone driving like a moron nowdays, it seems that more often than not their talking on a cell phone. A law needs to be passed to make this illegal.

I even have mixed emotions on the placement. i've got considered some especially loopy utilising being carried out via human beings on cellular telephones, so i can delight in the reason. however a similar could properly be pronounced for human beings eating and utilising... or utilising with teenagers in the vehicle. Are we going to prohibit those distractions too? Banning cellular telephone use altogether seems severe to me. yet i don't be attentive to of any states that ban using cellular telephones with a head set or on speaker. That appears like a lifelike compromise.

It's hard, but I try not to. I think it does have an effect on your driving. It's always better to focus on the task at hand rather than to try and do lots of things at once.

No I never do that, unless I have the hands free on my ear.
And yes it implies some concentration in the talking not on the driving.

No I don't, but they should pass a law, someone almost blind sided me the other day, he was on his cell, police gave him a ticket for dangerous driving.
