my ipod nano has frozen on me...how do i unfreeze it?

try switching the "hold" button on the top and switching it back again. then click the center button and the menu button... this will reset it. dont do that first, though... mine froze this morning because it was cold. put it in your hands for about five minutes, then try again. i have a similar question too, can you help me with that? i already posted it... thanks! hope that helps!

Toggle the hold switch a few times and then switch it AWAY from hold (so the orange does not show). Then hold down the select button (circle) and the play button at the same time until it resets. If that doesn't work, try holding the select button and the menu button. You should only have to hold the buttons for about 6 seconds.

www.ipod.com is a great resource whenever you get stuck!

P.S. The directions to reset it are in the manual :)

Slide the Hold switch over and back then hold Menu and the Middle Button for five seconds

you toggle the hold button back and forth. and then you hold the MENU and the circle button at the same time... for about 10 slowww seconds..

it should come back up automatically. mine does that too...
