I have a friend that went to a truck driving school out of state. He has now been abandoned by his trainer in Kansas City, MO and does not have the funds to return home. Does anyone know of a program that would assist him in returning back to NC?

Please contact the Salvation Army in the area he is located in. They can and will probably buy him a one way bus ticket if he needs it. It is always a great idea to pay it back when he returns. Also, there are online sites that make person to person very small loans. Please search for one of these sites and he can likely borrow the money without collateral.
