Do I have to give shots or inject any kind of needles into somebody working in this career field, if I do then is there any medical field I could get into that does not mess with needles?

Depending on where you work this could be true. Rad Techs do often inject contrast media into patients and sometimes are required to draw blood for lab tests. While working as a radiographer I personally never was required to inject, but some facilities and specialties do require you perform this function.

If you are talking about direct patient service work in the medical field, there are many professions that do not or seldom do require invasive techniques. For example, psychiatric, physical therapy, occupational therapy and respiratory therapy do not routinely use phlebotomy or injections.

If you work as a tech or a medical assistant with Radiologic skills then you may have to perform medical procedures. Try administrative assistant, which is working the front of the office or in records. Check out the skills required to be a Radiologic technician in the link I found for you;lists all sorts of different salaries, skills. A wealth of information!
Good luck
