it's a spy ware i had same proplem lots of times .. make shure you have antivirus runing all time with net security also if not the nat least install spyware remover like spy ware doctor and run full scan no matter how long it takes i also recomend kaspersky internet security it's light and effective after runing full scan with either "remember to update" you can make extra shure by searching for the program name in the registery by opening start>run and typing regedit and enter then search in the four main directorys for it and delete it but you should do that if you really need to

Your PC is infected with a browser hijacker. use these scans to remove it.
All of these are ones that I personally use and all are free. After you install any of them, make sure you update them to get the full affect.

Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free, so there's no harm giving it a try to see if something has invaded your computer.

You are a victim of what is commonly called "browser hijacking." To removal the adware/ spyware, you need to use an antispyware application. There are several free programs available. Free does not mean inferior. The 3 most popular antispyware programs are: Spybot's Search & Destroy, Lavasoft's Ad Aware and Microsoft's Windows Defender. You can find all 3 programs at:
http://www.filehippo.com/software/antispyware/
Download the programs and install them. Unlike antivirus applications, you can use more than one antispyware application as long as you scan one at a time. After installing the programs, update them. Now, scan your computer with them. I suggest scanning with Spybot first. Spybot has the best browser hijacking detection and removal rate. If this does not solve the problem then scan with Windows Defender.
If you run in to any problems, read the following tutorials:
1. "How to effectively remove Malware using Ad-Aware SE Personal" (http://www.malwarehelp.org/how-to-effectively-remove-adaware1.html)
2. "How to effectively remove Malware using Spybot Search & Destroy" (http://www.malwarehelp.org/how-to-effectively-remove-malware-spybot1.html)

First, I would recommend a full antivirus scan and in Yahoo Mail, run the Norton antispyware.
Than, go to a page you would like for home. Click Tools, Internet Options. You will see the URL of that page displayed. Click "use current." See if this helps.
