I have some soft leather shoes that I wore and it rained and I had to walk through puddles, now the shoes have wrinkles on them and even though they still fit, I would like to somehow get rid of the wrinkles across the top and give them shape again.

Any proven way to do this?

You've got to get the leather wet again, then hold the shoes in shape, either with shoe trees, or stuff them with paper while they dry.

As water is not good for leather, after they are dry, use leather conditioner or neets foot oil to keep the leather supple, and from cracking.

Good luck seems like you may have to wear some wet shoes. I would try a shoe tree and use the product to water proof them while having the shoe tree's in the shoes.

Try inserting shoe trees in them and trow them in the freezer for 24 hrs.

yes, if they are real leather shoes, put them on,step into a bucket of water and wear them till they dry. My mom and grandfather are American Indians, and that's how i learned. The worse part of it is standing to wear them till they dry, but it works.
