does anyone know how to use wap on samsung e315?? I dunno if there is wap setting on my phone.. can u help me on this?

According to the manual, there's a button right in the top-center of your phone that launches it's wap browser. It also says:
Your phone is equipped with a WAP (wireless access protocol) browser so you can access and navigate the wireless web. The t-zones menu (menu 6.1) lists the options available for your phone's browser.
Edit: Couple of possiblities. It could be that your reception isn't good enough where you're trying to connect. On my phone I have to be getting at least three bars to use my browser, much more than I need to be able to talk. If that's not it, then you might need to sign up with your service provider in order to use it. Some charge extra for that service.
