I had a period on November 1st - 7th. I have longer cycles somewhere between 30-40 days. Which is why it's hard for me to figure out how far along I would be. I just got a positive home pregnancy test the day before christmas eve. (ClearBlueEasy). My husband and I didn't start having unprotected sex until November 15th. Any ideas?

If you went by just 35 days (in the middle) your conception date would have been somewhere around November 23rd. Which makes sense why the pregnancy test would come up positive now too. Which would make you about 4 weeks along then calculate the two weeks that don't count....lol. You can go to pregnancy.org and try different dates with they're pregnancy calendar. Good luck and congrats!<3

According to a due date calculator, you conceived on November 21st, your first trimester ends on Jan 30, your second trimester will end May 15th, and your due date is August 14th. So you know I used an average length between periods of 35 days. To confirm all of this you really should see an Ob-gyn. Plus its good to get that first visit in, that way if you dont like the doctor you have plenty of time to find one you are comfortable with. This is the most important thing, you need to feel comfortable with the doctor because you will be seeing him/her for the next nine to ten months.

You have irregular periods, so you probably ovulate irregularly also. Only about 10-15% of women ovulate at the time their cycle "says they should" and some women are completely off with ovulation! I actually ovulate about 1-2 days before my period. So, it's really hard to say! If you are going by "usual" ovulation dates it would have been some where between 15-18th of November, but again....it could really be any time! Good Luck though!!

First day of last menstrual period: November 1, 2006
Estimated date of conception: Wednesday, November 15, 2006
End of 1st trimester (12 weeks): Wednesday, January 24, 2007
End of 2nd trimester (27 weeks): Wednesday, May 9, 2007
Estimated Due Date: August 8, 2007

I done this by putting in your first day of your last period at http://www.mybirthcare.com/calculator so it looks like you got pregnant on the first try.

Good luck

to give an exact date, you really won't be able to do that until you see your OB/GYN, but I would say somewhere inbetween the23rd and the 30th..Many Blessings to you, and your husband...

Who cares what day you conceived? What is knowing that going to change? If you are pregnant, you're pregnant.
