We all know pro athletes are multi-millionaires. Hearing about another athlete get paid $15 Million/Year just makes us regular folk shake our heads.
Do you think the pro atheletes salaries should be kept private just as in any other regular corporation with their employees?

I dont see why athletes salaries should be any different to other private individuals....so no
Just cos someones salary is high does not mean it should be in the public domain!
The only salaries I can see a case for being made public are those that work for us - i.e. the government - we elect them, and we pay for them out of our taxes, so no reason why we shouldnt know what we pay them!
Slightly off topic - very amusingly, the UK parliament voted themselves a 40% payrise a couple of years back!!! Haha how good would it be to be in that position!

I don't see any point in keeping that private. There's no point especially when we all see these athletes on tv showing off their high paying salary by the expensive cars they drive or the crazy big houses they live in. It's no secret. That's like michael jackson disclosing his salary. They all spend more money than the vadican.

Sure, why not. I'm a teacher and my salary is public. Why should the salaries of those over paid whiners be kept secret?

Yes and no...I mean if I know my team just payed some guy 15 mil to play I want to make sure has a fan that he plays like a player who just got 15 mil...If he does not play like that than I will talk **** on him and espn will also talk **** on him...If you don't talk about pay than alot of people will lose something to talk about...
