Mostly blue. You may see some flickers of yellow, due to dust, but only very little. If there is much yellow, the air vent to the burner is either plugged or closed.
A furnace operating in this condition WILL produce carbon monoxide, and can kill !!!

The flame should be blue without any yellow in it. Some burners have air adjustments to regulate the air and to produce a blue flame. Others, without the adjustments, often become clogged with dust which restricts the air flow. A yellow flame can leave a sooty residue in the exhaust flue, give off an odor and produce carbon monoxide.

blue and slightly yellow...to much yellow is a dirty casing, remove it and clean it
