will installing the sims 2 nightlife expansion pack make me loose the families in my existing neighborhoods?

I have sims 2 and three expansion packs. All my families survived the expansion =)

it usally dont delete familes I never een it during all my years playins sims 1 and sims 2 with alla expansions...expansion packs is just a big update to the game with new stuff :) dont worry

expansion packs will keep all your saved families. If you still feel worried find the file where you saved your family's and keep it in a save spot.
