Although Christmas is over, I still don't like the fact of Happy Holiday.....! Why does it bug me, because I am a Christian and that's what Christmas comes from. God sent an Angel Gabriel to tell Mary and Joseph the good new about their new baby boy! Little did they know, their baby boy would one day change the world! That boy was named Jesus, does everybody really think it's the best time and place to be taking Christ out of anything? I'm not putting any religion down, because i would want you to respect my religion! But God takes care of everything! So yeh.....it does bother me to take Christ out of Christmas!!!!!!
SO..... MERRY CHRISTMAS, HAPPY HANUKKAH, AND HAPPY KWANZA! Is my message clear enough! let's be respectful and acknowledge all the religions during holidays!

happy holidays is to cover all holidays celebrated this time of year. people also use it because it also covers new years too since it is a holiday. saying it to a christian is like saying to them "merry christmas and happy new year" all in one. its also used in alot of stores because you cant tell by looking at someone if they celebrate christmas or not. people who dont celebrate christmas shouldnt have to be told to have a merry one just to accomodate those of us who do. just like i've never been told to have a happy hanukkah or kwanza or anything. dont be offended by it. just remember why YOU celebrate the season. if people stopped worrying about others so much and just wprried abou themselves political correctness would not be a problem

I celebrate Christmas yet do not believe in the whole story of Jesus and the manger, it is a STORY. And i was raised a born again Christian, went to a Christian Academy until age 13. There are many religions and people that celebrate the Christmas holiday that do not believe in Jesus or the Holy Ghost or the story of Jesus and the manger, so Happy Holidays is just an overarching way to say "Celebrate the holidays" without offending anyone. Nobody ever said "take Christ out of Christmas" anyway.
Bible thumpers need to acknowledge this and the FACT that gays are people too and maybe there would a little more love and a lot less violence and hate in America.
God does not take care of everything, if it did there would be no violence and killing in Iraq, no famine in the Congo, and no bloodshed in Darfur.

Happy Holidays is meant to include ALL holidays of this season - Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, etc. It is not discrimination or disrespectful. Your message may be construed as such though because you are not acknowledging ALL of the holidays that are during this time of year. You think that there are only three holidays this time of year? Just thought I would point that out.
So, HAPPY HOLIDAYS no matter your religion or beliefs!!

I totally agree with you. It is so disgusting that they want to take Christ out of everything. They even took the ten commandments out of the courts, that is so terrible. I too am a christian and I believe that the people that want to take Christ out of everything shouldn't celebrate Christmas.

Absolutly NOT!!! If you take Christ out of Christmas, you no longer have Christmas. You stick to your guns no matter what anyone else tells you.
For those who would like to see Him taken out of it, hang on you'll get your wish someday, but you won't like it.
MERRY CHRISTMAS

When He was taken out of the public schools, look what happended. When He was taken off of government walls and buildings, look what happened. When He was removed from sport games, look what happened. Whenever Jesus is kicked out of something, something else takes the place. And that something else is usually evil activities that breeds corruption!
Jesus will always be in Christmas in heart and my family!!!
Without Him in Christmas, I refuse to celebrate*

noway, that would be the end of the world. Christmas is a celebration of jesus's bday. That would be stupid, I would not celebrate christmas any more if religious meanings weren't apart of it anymore.
