its been awhile since I saw that movie, but I think Wayne said " pardon me, but do you have any gray poupon". it was a line from an tv commercial for that mustard.. wayne and garth and the gang pulled up to a car that was similar to the car in the ad, and it was an older man in the car, just like in the tv ad.

its mustard called grey poupon i beleive and it was from a comeercial back in the day when a guys pulls up and ask this.he had a posh accent lol

"Pardon me do you happen to have any Grey Poupon." It was a commercial for the mentioned mustard that was popular back then.
