I have a vacation home in another country (NOT the USA) and there are little kids and annoying neighbors who come over to my house asking to borrow my stuff and begging for $$. I am thinking about putting one of the Electric Fence Chargers up around the perimeter of my property to electrifyand protect my property. Do you think it is a good idea? There are NO laws saying I cannot do it I have already checked with a lawyer in the town I am from. It is from a company called Kencove www.kencove.com and it 7,500 VOLTS..

I would want to bet you Bucko. I never heard of a place with no law against human, to use a live trap system like an electric fence.
Your looking at killing someone with a bad heart, with asthma or ? I would sue the shirt off your back and, come back for More Buster. That's a set trap.

I think it is a good idea if you want to be sued and lose everything you own and perhaps cause the death of an innocent. If you're convinced that this is what you want to do, head to your nearest farm store and buy a electric fence for animals. They even come in solar models. This will certainly discourage the most persistant of solicitors and won't kill anyone. It will certainly be cheaper. Kencove also makes this type of electric fencing. Good Luck.

Absolutely not! If someone was to get hurt on your property, you're talking about thousands of dollars that you could be sued for. If your neighbors and kids are harrassing you so much, why not ask them to stay off your property. And if they keep insisting, talk to the cops and possibly get a restraining order. But don't put their lives in danger.
