Does it continue to grow into your 20s like the rest of your bones? Or is it one of those things that stops earlier?

Your bones stop growing when the required growth hormone is not present. It can still alter its shape except that the length will not be lengthened. I believe your facial and cranial bones stops earlier because your head do not keep growing as the day passes by. There is no need to increase the bone support if the head is not growing.

Matt, I'm not an expert but I believe that it never stops changing in shape and/or size.

I could be wrong.
