Everytime I try, it says "Connecting... Please Wait" but does that endlessly resulting in me restarting my Wii and having to try again. I get the same result. Once, though, I got to the part where it says Link registered name or Don't Link, but once it said "error", I had to restart my Wii because it pulled off another never-ending-connecting message. Please can someone give me tips on how to get into the Wii Shop?

I've heard a few people mention this issue when attempting to connect to the shopping channel (or while downloading content from the shopping channel).

Some have reported that changing the channel on their router has helped (either to "1" or "11"), but this doesn't really make too much sense. Try it anyway, and if that doesn't work try running a test connection (in the Wii menu) and see if your Wii needs to perform an update.

If neither of these do the trick, try consulting Nintendo Wii Technical Support or try out the Nsider forums on the Nintendo website.

Mario Kart is giving me a errors message additionally, 91010 somewhat. it particularly is somewhat via using nintendo's servers being overloaded with unexpected volume of persons logging in. i could located the blame on Mario Kart via using certainty of its unanticipated hit achievement. i could think of of Nintendo will located putting extra suitable servers up and adjusting the servers over the years yet i in my opinion think of of that this in fact is going to coach that Wii is doing plenty extra suitable effective than that they had theory for online consumers.
