was reading this article that said it depends on where you live to wether their will be bi-racial couples or not. I don't think that is right. I am white, my boyfriend is black/white and i live in nashville please tell me where you live (state will be fine or city if you want) and you and your partners ethnicity. If you are single i guess you could go off a past relationship. do you think this article was right? i don't think so, i think there are the same odds everywhere.

It does not matter where you live. I think it is more about how you were raised. I grew up in a small town with nothing but white people with a father who pounded it into my head that being with anyone who was black was evil. I was 13 years old when I met a black person for the first time. I didn't know how to act. Thank goodness she was an understanding person and we became fast friends. I realize and reject my fathers teachings (yes..everything he taught) and have moved on. I have not dated a black man but I would not rule it out. Hey, you can't help who you fall for.

Live in Indiana but grew up in a small town in southern Kentucky.

Of course it's true. It all depends on the black population in any given area. There are NOT the same amount of blacks living in every area of the US.

Mexican and Spanish/White Texas. I would say that there are less mixed race relationships in southern states from my experience.
