i.e if you are feeling depressed about something but your friends have worse things going on, does that make you feel a lil better?

i heard all kinds of dramatic stories today from friends and thought to myself "dam my life is not so bad after all!"

ick, in case you positioned it like that, i've got constantly theory listening to others problems grew to become into healing. kinda takes your techniques off of your problems. It kinda comes right down to "why do you narrow back your self?" if there's no underlining reason there?

because other people suffer many problems more than what i have
