All branches are responsible for protecting the country & Constitution. Un fortunately that doesn't mean that every member of every branch always does this.

Every administrative, legislative, judicial, and executive office in this country requires an oath to defend the Constitution.
A bunch of them keep their fingers crossed during that part...

Hopefully, they all are!
Seriously, though, the judicial branch would decide matters concerning cases on Constitutional law. It's up to the Legislative branch to make any amendments, and the executive branch to enact and enforce laws.

That WOULD mainly be the White House IF we had an ELECTED president instead of the criminal impostor of present. Dumbya perjured himself when he said "preserve, protect and defend...". Down with Dictator Dumbya!!! (But it's true that others in the other branches of gov't take similar oaths.)

They all are. Unfortunatly they aren't doing it ,or are "re-writing" it as they go along ,without any thought to the reprocussions. Or are twisting it to be left up to an individual to decide what it means to them for the moment.
