I have never seen a fat overweight lazy Amish person yet.
They tend to have healthier habits then most Americans and live a healthier lifestyle.
They don't go around in provocative clothing or show up on the cover of many magazines but I'm sure they do have very shapely bodies under their simple clothing.

I've seen some documentaries, and yes, some of those Amish men are fiiine if you picture them sans the "uniform", beards, and hats.
