You can always reply back to them and let them know you do not want to recieve anything from them. Send it with a reply card so you will know for sure that they have recieved it and keep it in your files for future references. It is always a good idea to keep important information like that in a file just incase it comes up that you did not say you did not want it. Keep the reply with a copy of your letter you sent to them.
