batman hes more muscular and also has a fast bat car! spiderman is puny and has a web.

As often as Batman has taken down Superman, the Spider should prove an easy win.
Spidey is fast, but Supes is faster, so speed doesn't really matter.
Strength? Didn't help Superman...ever.
The web? As often as the Bat has faced Ivy's vines and Jokers glue and net traps, I'm sure there is something in the belt to handle it.
The Spider-senses may be the only real problem for the Dark Knight. Fatigue and empty gadget pouches could loom close before Batman figures out how the wall-crawler keeps ducking his attacks. A flurry of batarangs and smoke might herd Spidey into a vunerable spot for a good hammering of knees and elbows or a binding using the cable gun.
The Bat's best shot is to strike at night with a hit-and-run plan. Keep the web slinger off balance, and lead him through a few smoke walls into a sleeping gas cloud. Darn Spider senses.

Spiderman would win if he would only use his web to gum up Batman's gadgets. Batman doesn't have any real powers, he relies very heavily on gadgets. So if his opponent ever figured that out, he'd be doomed.

Haha, thinks neither would win. Batman would reason with Spidy to have both reveal their masks at the same time. Spidy would then riddle them both back to maintaining an ambiguous-status.
Now chuckling, both would meet at nearest best secret-location, team-up, tell jokes, and swap emails. These two heroes could never be in a fight together, they both fight for the greater good. . . : )
