As Doc said - Get to a hospital. Sounds like your hypovolemic - not enough blood in your veins, thats why your dizzey and faint.

You could be pregnant with complications, you could have ruptured something. Or as doc said there could be cancer or a tumor pressing on something. Either way - it's not good, and it's not normal.

"Air goes in and out. Blood goes round and round. Any variation in this is typically a bad thing".

On another note - what color is the blood? Is it consistant with your baseline?

Dark blood means you have a bleed somewhere far away from where the blood is coming out of. Red blood means that wherever the cause is - it's probably really close because it hasn't gotten a chance to clot.

GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM

It's possible that you got pregnant but that it was one that was ment to end in miscarrage for whatever reason. With this in mind, you may have started to miscarry a couple of weeks ago but it wasn't complete. This would give you an incomplete miscarrage with 'retained products of conception'. In this case, bleeding would continue until all of the pieces are removed.

For this, you are given anaesthetic, a tube is gently inserted into your womb through your cervix and the bits that don't belong there are suctioned out. When you wake, you will have a delicate feel to your tummy and some light bleeding that should stop after a few days. You will still be able to have children later. During surgery, you would also be given a drip to bring your blood pressure back up so you weren't so dizzy and you may be given iron tablets to go home with.

No action means you could carry on bleeding for several days, with possible bad consequences.

Go to the hospital, but stay calm. You will be ok if you get it treated.
