Did you mean the names Blake and Malaya?
Blake is too manly and Malaya is too close to the country of Malaysia's name. Plus I can imagine the adult oriented jokes that she will get with the name Malaya.. Hey I'Malaya tonight when your parents leave the house. (or something like that).

I like malaya for a first name but I don't like blaken at all. Sounds too much like bacon.

yup def.ly Blaken sounds like a little boys name. Would go with Blake or something if you were to go with it. personally not fond of malaya either. :( sorry.

It sounds like a girl name to me. The name would be more feminine if you spelt it different, what about Blakin or Blakyn? Middle name is perfect. Cute name! Goodluck

I do not care for it. And do think it sounds more like a boys name. However like I ALWAYS say you have to go with what is best for your baby and your family.
It is your child and how you name it is up to you.
I am all for unusual names and all my children have them!

i personally do not like it. It totally sounds like a boys name. A cute girl name I like is Sophie or Lexie or Bella...
