Depends on your definition of dificulty. The state you live in really dictates how much 'monitored' preperation you will need. It is not as hard as a P&C exam and its waaaaay easier than a LSAT. But it is harder than an ACT or SAT. You will need to study a fair amount and commit a pretty decent amount of knowledge to memory.

Not difficult at all if you study the material and know how to apply it to everyday situations.
