My laptop is no workin gproperly amymore. it keeps getting hot and goes off. Please,how can i get it fixed

I also tried opening the laptop to no avail. If i could get it opened i would properbly be able to rplace or repair the fan. There is no samsunng center around me where i am.

The fan inside the laptop is probably full of dust, so it seized up. The only repair you can do w/o taking the laptop apart is to get a strong vacuum (preferably with a narrow tip attachment) and point at the vents on the back of the laptop. Suck out whatever gunk you can. Clearing the heat sink will help the machine cool even if the fan is dead.
If that doesn't work, the fan needs to be replaced - probably a $350+ repair, or you may want to consider a new laptop.

Don't know about Samsung, but on Dell laptops the fan is part of a welded heatpipe heatsink that connects to the CPU chip & is almost impossible to replace.

You should check with Samsung users groups, but if you can't get it working by cleaning etc. I think it's time for a new laptop.
