When a man and a women love each other they have sex and then if the woman is able to bear a child she has to wait nine months for the fetus to develop. when the nine months are over the child comes out through the woman's vagina or if something is wrong they have to cut the mother's stomach open for the baby.

They are supposed to come from 2 hearts that truly love one another. Babies are the consumation of a union where 2 people become one. These days - they come from any physical union whether or not people really love or not - but it's not designed to work best that way.
