well, im 9, so i dont know much but you could try MSN or windows live messenger!!!Its fun cause you can send winks and
nudge which is a lil rumble which alerts the person to pay atention. These arnt websites but there are good places to talk.
Or you can make your own web at FREEWEBS.com and chat there in the chatbox. It is not as good as my othere two options though.
