I would have to say it would depend on how good of friends my cousins and I are. (the female ones only since I am a guy)
Although many seem to think it gross, many cousins marry and have children as well. Research has shown that even 1st cousins have children with no more chance of birth defects as completely un related people. Many states now issue marriage licenses to 1st cousins. You can research this on the net very easily.
As for enemies...the first thing I would have to do is to make friends with them....then see how it goes from there
