I suppose you mean 10 wickets in an innings - 10 in a match is way too common.

The only man to take 10 WI on first class debut is Albert Moss for Wellington v Canterbury in 1889-90 (Scorecard : http://cricketarchive.co.uk/Archive/Scorecards/3/3516.html )
