Wow! Congratulations you just found something you are wrong about. It's good to know your week points. Try this instead 2 large russet potatoes cut lengthwise 1/4 then cut 1/4 stick place in water to leach out some starch. Drain fries place in a 4 quart pan cover the top of the fries with cold water turn the heat on high. Check the fries using a tooth pick when the tooth pick goes in and they are tender not soft drain them run cold water on them place them under refrigeration until ready for use. Preheat your oven to 350*f use 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil coat all the fries with the oil. Place on cookie sheet spread them apart don't let them touch bake until golden they will stay crisp. While hot from the oven sprinkle with sea salt. Dip in ketchup or vinegar, a low fat dip is also a good choice. Yummy fries less the fat and the sugar of the not so yummy fries you wrote about. Enjoy

I would love to eat chocolate dipped french fries because I like chocolate and french fries.

I would eat chocolate dipped french fries. I would do this because I love chocolate like a fat kid loves cake. But, New Years resolutions are coming up, so send them soon!

Yes I would, I love chocolate & fries. I have tried french fries dipped in ice-cream, that's freakin delicious.

Yes, yes I would eet them! I love to order a chocolate milkshake and fries and dip the fries in the shake! It might sound weird, but it's soooooo good. :) YUM

I would definitely eat them lol. I love salt and I love chocolate. I think it would taste best on the thin fast food fries like Mc Donalds..no thick fries.

While this does combine two perfect foods, I'm afraid that I would have to pass. I think I'd even pass on caramel French fries...

I've had chocolate-covered potato chips, & liked them. But i'm not sure the texures would hold up under heat, and I don't like cold fries.
