Middle management is the head choping spot for all the mistakes that the upper management makes. So it's just that the women retain their position longer due to the fact that they can throw the sex discrimination card out.

Then they can't be fired.

Because the upper management jobs are forbidden to them by the men.

Very simple: like promotes like. White, upper management promotes white men with upper management features. Don't see too many black men in upper management either, do you? This is why.

Apparently in your area there is not enough qualified men to take these jobs. men, women who cares just so long as the job gets done..
