I haven't done it in a long time, and when I analyze it, it says "This volume does not need defragmented." Should I do it anyway? My computer is getting so slow.

Depending on use:
Light: 4/6 months
Medium: 1/2 months
Heavy: 2 weeks/ 4 weeks
Super heavy: Weekly
Another way would be to download o&o defrag and never worry about it again.
