Start with Google, and be suspicious of the words you use. Use the most specific words and only words that you are sure of. If you are sure about a whole phrase, type it within quotation marks, "sing no sad songs for me" for example. If your first search isn't successful, try again with fewer words or with other words, alternative spelling, drop the quotations marks from phrases and so on.
If Google won't find it for you, try the advice at http://poetry.about.com/cs/textarchives/ht/howfindpoems.htm "How to locate the text of a poem". At the bottom of that page, there are very good links to poem collections on the web, especially Classic Poetry Text Archive, http://poetry.about.com/od/textarchives/Classic_Poetry_Text_Archives.htm . Another great poetry site is Poem Hunter, http://www.poemhunter.com/ - with almost 170.000 poems. It's searchable.
If your library subscribes to the database "Poem Finder", chances are good that you will find the poem there, especially if it is a classic. It's not freely available on the web, but it's one of the very best poetry databases you can find, with more than 800.000 poems. Most libraries have a link to "Databases" on their web site, so you can look it up there. And of course you can ask a librarian - through e-mail, chat, or in person.
And then of course... you could post the poem here and see if someone else can help you.
Good luck!

Google what you do know in quotes and you probably will find a site with the entire poem.

Try this website:
http://www.poemhunter.com/poems/
Put in your keywords, then click on "poem text"
If you don't find it there, ask at the public library. They may have more advanced databases to try.
