There have been a few cases throughout the centuries and once in a while you will have some individual like Eric Rudolph who will take upon themselves to terrorize the community but it is nothing on the level of the Islamic militants. Some people like to bring up the inquisition which mainly took place in the middle ages. The western world has moved past that and has culturally evolved. Also, our society does not as a whole condone the terrorist acts of people like McVeigh and Rudolph. McVeigh is dead and Rudolph is in jail.
Islamic Terrorism is a world wide movement and is backed by a great number of Muslims and though a majority of Muslims do not completely condone terrorism against the infidel they also do not totally condemn it.

there has been no organized killings from any christian groups or army's since the Inquisitions , there have been isolated incidents from individuals from time to time , and if you want to get in the dirt you can say people such as the killers of Sharon Tate the movie star was christian even tho he was declared insane by the courts, the I,R,A, in Ir land is not a religious war it is about separation from England and Independence, how the hell do you figure otherwise, the catholics want Independence the Protestants don't,
