House of my dreams is in the middle of 100 or so acres. With a gazebo which is attached with a hot tub.
A huge greenhouse with all of todays technology where I could put the flowers outside at that time of the year.
I would want a huge place for only the birds so they could fly around and be birds.
Where there are only fences on the property line so the horses could do as they pleased and the dogs could have plenty of space.
Where we could put scary signs telling people to GO AWAY this is private property. We could walk around naked if we wanted to, we could play our music as loud as we wanted to. If we wanted to target practice there is know one around to bother us.
OK back to reality lol! Where the horses only have a ten acre pasture that we lease and we have to live in this small town and keep our cloths on and the dogs in there kennel that surrounds the house with the beware of dog sign attached to the gates. The guns are put away so know one can see through the window they are here. My hot tub these days is the bath tub and our plants have to fight for the sunlight while living next to the birds in there cages.
But there is always retirement which is coming up soon enough....

This is going to take a while, but since you asked...
I envision a three story house with a wraparound porch, and actually attached to a lighthouse tower. It would be waterfront, but with a lot of space around it for a fenced yard, inground pool, and enough woods and cover for wildlife. It would be a five bedroom (master, one each for my two girls, one for my dogs, and a guest bedroom. There would be a master bathroom with jacuzzi tub, double shower enclosure, and full vanity with two sinks. There would be two other full baths, and two half baths. All the bedrooms would be on the top two floors, as well as one office room. The ground floor would have a large eat in kitchen with breakfast nook, as well as full dining room, living room, den, family rooms (one home theater and one play room for the kids). The basement would have a workout room, club room, and laundry room. There would be an attached three car garage with a little lounge area (think man's room) as well as a separate wharehouse garage with a lift and full machine shop to work on cars. There would also be a guest cottage with three bedrooms.
You did say "dream" did you not?

I don't know exactly what it looks like, but it is in the near future: all my neighbors are the meek ones who have inherited the earth. :) Ideally, my house would be easy to take care of, and not have harmful chemicals (like all the horrible stuff in carpets). The Swiss Family Robinson tree house is probably the closest thing to my dream house- plenty of nature inside and out!!! Trees everywhere incorporated in and instrumental in the design of the house, plus a true skylight for looking heavenward.

The house of my dreams has my name on the title. I would own it free and clear. I can make it into anything once I have it. Now that's a dream I want to come true.

I cant really describe it but I have it drawn. I have been working on it since I was 12 years old and I tweak it every so often after viewing architectual things while living.
God willing...it will one day be built.
