Jeeves had a name change and is now traveling with Carmen San Diego never to be heard from again.

As of 2006, Jeeves has "retired" from the search engine business - the site is now simply http://www.ask.com.
As for Carmen San Diego, I believe she had a brief stint traveling through time as well as space before she, too, hung up her trench coat and headed for greener pastures.
I'm sure they'll be missed. :)
