Connect your Ipod to your computer, then go to Itunes, go to your library, uncheck the songs you don't want, then right click on your Ipod in the left menu and click "sync songs"
It should automatically remove the songs you unchecked

Connect it to the computer, uncheck songs you don't want and they will be deleted. If you want to get rid of everything, choose the restore option under itunes, ipod options page, which is displayed only after you have the ipod connected. Will wipe it clean and restore it to factory settings.

If it is in automatic update mode, the songs need to be deleted from your Music Library. The next time you plug your iPod in to be updated, it will remove those particular songs.
If your iPod is on manual update, once it is plugged in, go the the menu that lists all music on your iPod, and delete the songs from that screen.

Um, open itunes, and if your ipod only updates songs that are checked, then uncheck the songs you dont want on, and then when you update, it will take them off. you can choose all your ipod options once it is connected to your computer.

I open itunes, click on my nano, and right click each song I want to remove and click clear to take it off.

Im not sure that you can
The only way would be to sync the ipod of all except for the songs you dont want.

plug it into your computer, go to itunes click on the song you wanna delete and hit the delete button on your keyboard and BAM it's gone = P
