According to Shylock, as quoted by Shakespeare, your creditor can seize bodily parts. But nary a drop of blood.

If you owe her money, she must attempt to recover that money through the court. She can't just take your stuff. Only after she won a court case for a certain amount against you could THE COURT seize some of your belongings.

you can lose everything but your birthday,
you're not responsible for repairs due to general maintenance, and she's not allowed to take anything in excess of what is owed, and she can't take your car unless she puts a lein on it, but all property left within the premises becomes her property after 30 days, she'll have to get a court order for a seizure sale before that, after that, she can have a yard sale, you can also get an injunction to try and stop her, but you're not responsible for her "fixing up" the place to sell, she can only hold you liable for past due rent (in some states, up to 3 times rent due) and repairs due to negligence on your part (broken windows, holes in walls, etc), and a reasonable amount for clean up, since you were evicted, your security deposit was probably forfeited

She can seize nothing legally. She must go through the court system to attempt to recover any money she believes is owed to her.

nothing, unless you caused a lot of damage. Call thesheriffs office and see aboutgetting your stuff back. what she is doing is called theft, unless she has court papers that say she can seize your property.

whatever the court granted her...
If court did not give it to her--then its theft..on her part and you should file a warrant as such.
