Not sure if you are a guy or a girl, but if you are a girl, you may be harboring some type of infection. If soap and water alone are not getting rid of the smell, you may have vaginitis, which literally means inflammation of the vagina, but it is just an irritated body part. Try switching to gentle soaps for that particular area, DO NOT DOUCHE !!!! You may need to go see your doctor, it could be one of many common and treatable STDs that can lead to serious problems. So....go to your doctor NOW, and see if they can help you. If you have any other symptoms that accompany the smell (itchiness, sensitivity, burning with urination, discharge) then you should report those to your doctor, and avoid sexual contact until you are treated.

Well "Down There" is a part of the male body that sweats. Even if you are cold it's still sweating. the most. I don't know what you mean by regularly but if you bathe everyday then you shouldn't smell. But you also have to take into account your age and if your body is going through puberty. If you are during puberty our sweat glands sweat even more than usual. But if you have a real concern go and talk to your doctor about this he can give you the best answer to your question.

Probalby a health problem, either an infection or a hormone imbalance. In the warm, moist environment down there, bacteria and yeast can take over if your system is out of balance, and washing doesn't always do any good. In fact, if it's a yeast infection, excessive washing can put your system further out of balance, and aggrivate the situation. Washing with vinegar can help get rid of yeast sometimes, but won't help if the problem is something else. There are some OTC remedies, but again you need to have some idea as to what kind of germ you've got down there, as the remedies are specific to the bug.

This sounds a little gross but it's true -- various infections have characteristic scents, and a doctor or nurse can use this, along with lab tests, to figure out what ails you and how to treat it.

Please abstain from sex until you get this sorted out, as it could be serious, and no one likes to get this kind of "gift" from a lover.

Using soap there can throw off your natural pH. Use a gentler soap if you feel you have to use one. Soaking in a bath too long can lead to infections, so the best thing to do is take showers and allow indirect cleaning. If there's a discharge or a particularly strong smell, make an appointment with your gynecologist.

I don't know really, maybe you should have a hot bath, or it could be signs of an infection or just a hormone imbalance. Maybe you should go to the health section instead of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered section. If you are a female maybe you should use a douche.
