If the terrorists want to defeat America, why aren't they Columbining the prep schools and snob fraternities?

Do they really know our weaknesses? By now, the enemy should have figured out that the people who run America will never continue a war if doing so will put their own sons at risk. Under the jihadists' interpretation of Islam, infidels are no better than insects, so there is no shame in killing teenagers.

Besides, why wouldn't the American rich want to avoid all this personalized terror by converting us to Islam? Considering the soft, luxorious, tax-free, alimony-free lifestyle that the Arab sheiks have, unbothered by any disrespect from their subjects, our leaders will inevitably be tempted to follow this path. In times past, Holy Warriors conquered many areas without firing a shot. All they had to do was point out to the native rulers how Islam made the common people totally obedient to whoever was in power.

Our leaders, sheltered in their gated communities, are threatened by our democracy, which they call "mob rule." Islam would do away with all that.

Osama is not a strategic genius, though he is much smarter than the dumbed-down elitists who took over America in 2001, which is why he attacked us on 9/11. For one thing, he should be more ecumenical; he should issue a fatwa declaring that the Shiites are just as Islamic as the Sunnis.

To guard against smarter terrorists, Republican hillbillies should guard the prep schools, motivated by the fantasy that they might become trophy husbands for rich girls, or that, like Anna Nicole Smith, their sisters might be attractive to the Preppies they save. All rednecks are proud to die taking a rich kid's place, as they did in Vietnam.

To save us from our rulers' converting us to Islam, we'll all have to become right-wing Christians. We must believe that the rich are special to Je$u$ and deserve any privilege they want. Asking for more than minimum wage violates the Commandment against stealing, because God has given businessmen, the Creators of our jobs, the right to all we produce.

WOW! You make some valid points, and I can see it happening in this desensitized and apathetic country. Think back to around the beginning of the last century, when the "mob" almost took over the country & turned it socialist. I don't know if the US could rouse itself from its stupor to protest anything.

EDIT--Thank you...This is probably one of the most interesting posts I've read on here....thank God there are still some people who can think for themselves...I stand corrected, I think this country could raise itself into a Patriotic fervor if promised great rewards from the wealthy...and it wouldnt matter, as you say, if it were the Arabs or Americans. You're right, people have been manipulated and will never realize it.

I think you have to get away from thinking of the 'terrorists' as one big happy enemy, like a country. Also 'they' may not neccessarily be foreign either. Take the London attck for instance. Home-grown terrorists, whether religiously or criminally influenced are now a reality.

Individual terror attacks will unfortunately probably become more targeted at the normal people as this is where actual change of attitude or, indeed, government can take place. Look at Spain.

The real pity of this entire 'war on terror' is that now it has started and been labelled no-one is ever going to win outright like the majority of wars. In a way, in fact, we have already lost. Financially and socially the world has changed so much already that it boggles the mind what we'll be like in ten years or so

Serb for ever, you won't be able to intend that we deserved 9-11. we are all in basic terms conventional people, and the international is administered via the elite wealthy minority. something of in basic terms are in basic terms pawns of their sport. maximum folk in usa- a minimum of in my neck of the woods, can no longer look previous their people, cosmo, and US magazine or turn off the E community, to work out what is going on. journalists feed us memories in basic terms approximately making the albanians sufferers, even while the commit crimes. First we could show maximum folk- so we are able to end electing crap representatives. I for one, as a 2nd technology Serb, do no longer help it. and that i do no longer understand how we could ever make it as much as you. yet quickly I think of we are able to work out precisely what mistake we made. and it would be too late. :-(

You are wrong on all accounts.

The reason the terrorists are not doing that is because for them to do so, would be to take this war on terror to an entirely new level. A level I might add, that they want NOTHING to do with. If they started doing this, it would mean all out war. It would no longer be a "War on Terror" it would be WAR. Iran, Syria, Parts of Pakistan and anyone that got in our way would be invaded and completely destroyed.

Ok, you think about this. We wont be going over to liberate countries at that point. We will be going over to destroy them. And nothing could stop us. Our military has no match on this planet and would be thrown at these TERRORIST countries without remorse.. WE WOULD LITERALLY TURN THOSE COUNTRIES INTO PARKING LOTS...and they know it

Never mind this. I got a flier in my mailbox that said that fluoridation in the water is Treason, and that it is causing Americans to lose the will to resist terror and Islam.

It follows that soon waves of Imams will fan out across America, converting the masses and bringing the Peace of Mohamed to the whole country.
