i saw it on Friday. i loved every bit of it. i don't think anyone could have pulled off a better Rocky then Sly.

I have a concern or two
First, Rocky V was terrible beyond belief.
Second, the franchise is tired, so I am worried that this is a cut-and-paste from previous films

that's because Sly is Rocky, it could never be another actor, but then again, look at the new superman, batman... But I don't think anyone could play Rocky the way Sly does also.

I just saw it recently too. I really liked it. Can't wait to buy it on DVD. Definitely worth theatre prices - I can't see anyone being disappointed with it. The whole movie rocked!

No I haven't and really hadn't planned to. I am raising two young grandchildren and very seldom get to go to the movies so I really don't want to waste it on a movie about a 60 year old man getting back into the boxing ring.

Yes, and i must say that it was very good to my shock. It was a good way to end the franchise, even though itr didn't end the way i wish it had ended. He really took a whipping, but hey i ain't gonna front, he really did whip that champion's a**. Very exciting fight.
