I have to say Final Fantasy VII: Advent children, it is full of action, and if you have played the PS1 game (I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT!) then it has emotional attatchment for the characters right from the begginging.

I also like Donnie Darko and Little Nicky, my second and third favourite, they can both be funny and they are VERY interesting, Donnie Darko is more interesting that Little Nicky, Little Nicky is funnier than Donnie Darko.

If you are looking for total comedy then get something with adam sandler in it!

If you are looking for action get My favourite film, or the matrix trilogy.

Bandits. With Bruce Willis, Billy Bob Thornton, and Cate Blanchette.

It didn't get great revues but it was one of the best and funniest movies I have seen in a long time. It is worth renting.

Close Encounters of the Third Kind, and ET are among my favorites as well. Can't help it, I like movies about nice aliens.

they shoot horses, don't they? starring jane fonda, michael sarason, gig young, red buttons, and susannah york.
the movie takes place during a dance marathon. it depicts the trials and tribulations of people living amidst the depression.
there is absolutely nothing positive for the contestants during this tedious sojourn.
the best scene in the entire movie comes at the very end. it redeems the misery that has been viewed for 2 hours.

My personal movie is either RENT or Moulin Rouge. Both are love stories in one shape or form. I guess I'm a sucker for that kind of stuff though. Oh, I also like Titanic.
