Well, not so much "cartoons" by our standards but there were political art work that was printed to be distributed to the public. Most of which can be found during the American Revolution. Most pictures or art work, depicts patriots participating in acts of violence towards the Britsh. Benjamin Franklins work consisted of a snake cut up into 13 pieces with the words "Join or Die". Of which has been the most popluar.

As I understand it, the first political cartoons were around the time of the American civil war. So those dates you requested are all a bit early. Remember that throughout most of that time, there was no First Amendment guarantees for freedom of expression, and it is likely there would be only rare, small circulation newspapers with anything very political at all, let along politically oriented cartoons.

On graphic, which may hardly be considered a cartoon, which has survived was a drawing of a snake cut into thirteen pieces, all labeled with the names of states, and the motto "Don't Tread on Me," already being used for a flag with an intact snake, and the slogan, "We must hang together or we will surely hang separately." Would you count that as a cartoon?
