As a professional Makeup Artist I would have to say a coppertone eyeshadow with a near nude pink lip, light natutral pink blush.

I would play up your skin, and tone it to your dress. Use a gold-colored highlighter over the tops of your cheeks, center of forehead, down the nose and center of chin. Contour your cheekbones with some bronzer. Use the same highlighter for some lightly-applied eyeshadow. Use black eyeliner and lots of mascara, and a gold toned lipstick or gloss. Keep the makeup minimal, so your look isn't overwhelming. You want gorgeous bronzed goddess!

hmmm.....a few shades darker brown than your skin, and make it light. You probably won't need that much makeup if its a gold dress. Makes ppl look to "showy" if you know what I mean...so maybe a little eyeshadow, tidbit of mascara, maybe lipgloss and you're ready to go.
