How do you stay awake?!?! I go to bed at nine wake up at ten and go back to bed at eleven. I can not wake myself up!!! This is soo frustrating. Any advice?

I am in bed at 9 or 10 pm and up at 10 am and then back asleep around 11 am

You need that rest...are you on pre natal vitamins? Becuz if I miss em I get really tired. Try maybe eating healthy and light exercise.

Don't depend on caffeine. It reduces iron absorption, and anemia is already a very common problem during pregnancy. Don't want to make it worse. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do. Eat lots of fruit and drink lots of water - that helped a little for me, but not too much. My advice is to nap if you can, and let some of the household chores go. Everyone will understand. Even a short 20 minute nap will help. It'll pass - the second trimester is much better.

A little bit of caffine might help...but in moderation of course.
If you dont work, then take naps frequently. Being tired during pregnancy can be overwhelming because you feel like you dont get enough sleep when your actually getting plenty.
Drink lots of water and take some Vitamin C and it should help.

are you pregnant? if so how far along?
skip the coffee--you need your rest if you are pregnant.
it's very normal to sleep a lot, especially during your 1st and last trimesters.
your body is going through a lot now.

if you're not pregnant--I think you posted in the wrong spot, lol

well you can drink coffee or Hot chocolate in the middle of the night that will keep you awake for ever I did that once for a party, and it worked!
