But here's an answer anyway...
Most clinical signs of pregnancy are symptomatic like for example feeling nauseaus in the mornings, vomiting, mood swings throughout the day (due to fluctuating hormone levels), tenderness and discharge from the breast (also due to sudden surge of pregnancy hormones), being a sensitive eater. One clinical sign is the baby bump if you're months pregnant. Monthly periods should stop while pregnant. The most reliable is having a pregnancy test. This will detect the hormone human chorionic gonadotropin which is only normally present when a woman is pregnant. You could also ask for a medical consult and undergo an ultrasound to be perfectly sure... =)

The signs for being close to you period are the same as being pregnant. Only thing left to do is to get pregnancy test, there r kinds that show are u pregnant even if u r 2 week or even less. Or u can just sit and wait. I would go for the first.

a Urine test may not always give you an accurate reading if you are pregnant or not sometimes a blood test is needed. This happened to my Cousin. She hadn't started her period so she did a urine test and it was negative she thought well must be something off, then she didn't start again a month later and went to the docs they did another urine test and nothing so they did a blood test and found out that she was indeed pregnant. Morning sickness doesn't always happen either. you should see a doctor if you supsect you may be.

Missed periods, nausea with some women, sore breasts, gaining weight, etc.. These are some signs of pregnancy.
