In general, you "attach" the picture to the e-mail, enter their e-mail address, and hit send.

Not knowing what you are using for email, about all I can tell you is the picture needs to be attached to the mail you are sending. Look for an attach link or tab.

You attach them in your email.
If you have Outlook when you start your email click on "insert" then "picture" It brings up a browsing menu and you can find the picture and click "ok". It will be attached to your email.
In Yahoo click on "attach file". It will do the same thing, bring up a menu so that you can find your picture and "attach."
