I ansered this question before on the other question about this series being on DVD but, no, at the moment it's not available on DVD yet but apparently Bandai is planning on releasing the show on DVD next year.

And, alsthough you can find subbed anime on youtube it dosent mean that you can buy it. Anime fansubs (anime subbed by fans and not companies) are very popular especially with shows that haven't been released in the US yet and these fansubbed episodes and movies are often uploaded on youtube for others to watch so it can be decieving when you find subtitled anime on the site and think it means it is available on DVD. An easy way to tell if it's a fansub though, is usually in the beginning or during the commercial break hint or the ending, it says the fansub groups name and that it's a free fansub. So if you see that, the show may be only available on fansub if you couldn't find it on DVD to buy.

Have you checked out ebay? Or amazon.com? Any place that sells Dvds or Videos should have it, just check out some and see.
