I think we probably all have, but some of us might not realize it or may choose to ignore it. What was your most recent experience with it?

Definition according to Jung and Wikipedia: Synchronicity is the experience of two or more occurrences (beyond coincidentally) in a manner that is logically meaningful- but inexplicable- to the person or persons experiencing them.

No--I do not believe in mere coincidences.
I feel that everything happens for a valid reason.(Even though often we never learn that reason,or realize it years later!)

Many sources, including Webster's Dictionary, define synchronicity as the 'coincidental occurrence of events'...etc.

Yes I have.

My hubby and I met online, while we were both going through divorces. We had so many coincidences in our completely different lives that we feel it has to be synchronicity, not mere coincidence.

The two strangest of many of the similarities/coincidences are that his birthday is the same as my brother (and my brother's oldest son). And his mother and my mother were both named Mary and had both past young. There are too many other minor ones to list.

This isn't the first time my life has led me to see synchronicity. It is an interesting "ripple" in the world and for me, a positive thing.

It happens all the time,so many times, if you have an open mind. The last time I experienced it was earlier today, it was concerning sun-dried tomatoes.
If you read this, sun-dried tomatoes will figure in your life, quite soon; if they don't then it proves there is no such thing as synchronicity.

Haha. I was trying to sleep when my nieces came over to wake me up. I had the tv on to the music channel and at the exact same moment that my nieces were telling me to wake up a song, actually called "Wake Up" came on. And then this morning I was complaining of being tired and I was watching the same channel when I looked at the tv and realized that the title of the song playing at that moment was "Go to Sleep" or something along those lines...heh, I thought it was amusing ^^

Sheesh that's tough - I've encountered synchronicity multiple times just in the last few days... words, foods, medications, life events...

All over the place in the last week - normally (can you call it normal?) it happens maybe once a month or so... but I think you're right - its always there, its just how aware we are...

Darned good question...

Me and my 3 close friends are synchronized when it comes to our periods. I've heard it is common.

That sounds like the 7 degrees of Kevin Bacon game...you can probably find connections to anything if you are willing to delve far enough.

oh yea i've experienced that sooo many times but I DON'T call it synchronicity...

i don't agree wit u...but kind of

"EVERY THINGS HAPPEN FOR A REASON"
and it's not a coincidence...
even though the coincidence that ur saying is happening everyday, all the time and everywhere else...

the synchronicity that ur saying is happening coz that is the destiny and that is our destiny to wonder "how and why is it happening to me?"..
oh yea we can call it serendipity too...ryt?

happy new year to you
